Took way too long My recall service estimated to take one hour took two and a half. Another customer in for an oil change waited three hours. Not acceptable. I also have a 2016 Kia Optima that was serviced earlier in the week at Ed Voyles Kia in Chamblee and my car was there a whole day I had never heard from the service advisor and No one would answer the phone in the service department. I actually had to go up to the dealership to get an update and found out that he had left for the day and the technician was still working on my car so I was without a car overnight this was not the case with Lance here at Hendrick Chrysler.
