I had to take my car back to the service department and even in that department I was given the best customer service by Heather Kratky. Took way too long My recall service estimated to take one hour took two and a half. Another customer in for an oil change waited three hours. Not acceptable. Outstanding service despite scheduling and parts order error I had scheduled an appointment to have the timing belt and water pump replaced on my vehicle. When I arrived the service adviser was not able to find I had scheduled an appointment to have the timing belt and water pump replaced on my vehicle. When I arrived the service adviser was not able to find my appointment and then discovered that they had not ordered the parts required to complete the work. He was able to send someone to pick up the parts and had the vehicle ready for me the next day by 10:00am. Although I was expecting to get the work done the same day while I waited for the vehicle, the service adviser was able to recover from the error that was created by the person who scheduled my initial appointment. An outstanding young man who knows how to take care of customers. My compliments to him. - Thanks, John More
