Stranded in Atlanta My grand-daughter and I were traveling home from Seattle after a visit with relatives. We had left Seattle on a red-eye flight at 1 am Tuesday morning My grand-daughter and I were traveling home from Seattle after a visit with relatives. We had left Seattle on a red-eye flight at 1 am Tuesday morning, we arrived in Atlanta around 11:30 am. I was exhausted and my feet had swollen horribly on the flight back. My friend picked us up at the Doraville Marta station in my Jeep and we headed back to her house. We didn't make it 2 miles when I turned on the air conditioning in the jeep and the electric lights started flashing, engine lost power, we coasted into a parking lot before it shut off. I was thankful to be off the road. Had no clue who to call for help. My friend found your number and when the wrecker got there I told them to take me to your dealership. Did I mention I live in Westminster, SC. Heather was amazing, she calmed me down and told me that she would do her best to get it looked at first thing in the morning. Then she called Enterprise and helped me get a car so we could get back home. Let me tell you it was a horrible horrible day and she was a blessing. It took two days before they got to it but they worked me in and found the problem and fixed it immediately. I was very thankful when I came down and picked my Jeep up on Friday morning. More

For a change, I had good service here. Poor mechanic service I do not care for pressure sales at service department. Always they try to bump higher rates for any service items such as oil changes. Warranty work = long list of to do items There is a recall for the rear lower control arms, which have to be ordered. Since it was going to have work done there, I decided to also have my oil There is a recall for the rear lower control arms, which have to be ordered. Since it was going to have work done there, I decided to also have my oil changed since I was getting a warranty repair. The cost was $53.99 for my 2007 Jeep. Then they bring me a list of repairs /servicing which need to be done which totaled over $4200! Most of the work can be done by my husband and me. Going to take my Jeep and get a second opinion on the other items as the prices are crazy high, but expected from a car dealership service dept. That being said, everyone there was incredibly friendly and helpful! I recommend them over Hayes Chrysler Jeep any day! More
