Kept my car for repairs for 4 days🤨 I took my car in for repairs, at around 1:30pm on a Monday. My warranty company approved repairs the following day at 2:30pm. On Thursday I call to ch I took my car in for repairs, at around 1:30pm on a Monday. My warranty company approved repairs the following day at 2:30pm. On Thursday I call to check on the status of my car, and they hadn't even started to work on it. I literally had to cause the biggest scene in order to get it done by Friday at noon. Their wait times are a horror. You won't get a loaner from the get go, so be prepared to borrow a car, for 3-4 days and on the fourth day when you throw a fit, then they'll give you a loaner... will not bring my business here again. More
