2018 Chrysler 300 Call center F. sales people B, Finance guy A+, interest rate F-, total time there.. 2:45pm till 6:15pm, Car Nice! Refinance in my near future. Onl Call center F. sales people B, Finance guy A+, interest rate F-, total time there.. 2:45pm till 6:15pm, Car Nice! Refinance in my near future. Online it says "save 1.5 hours off your time at the dealership, fill this credit app out now," so I did. Get there credit hasn't even been pulled yet. This was a huge issue because when the call center set the appointment up with me I wanted to make sure I was approved before I drove all the way out there ATLANTA TRAFFIC :(, I was assured I had 36 banks willing to work with me with no money down, but when I got there....nope, long story short they found a bank to finance me 21% interest, with really high payments... Normally I would pass but am in need of a vehicle badly, and i did drive all the way out there. My sales guy was cool, but green, very green, he did have a lot of support from fellow employees, and a good kid in general. Sales manager really cool guy, Had his guys back, The time I spent there was quite ridiculous, especially after I supposedly filled out everything online, beware of the call center, worst part about this experience, don't trust what they tell you. The best part about my experience was the finance guy, he was laid back, very efficient (fast) kind and friendly. Although my overall experience wasn't great. I did get approved when I wasn't sure I could, I did leave with a car, but need to refinance quickly, It did take forever, that really sucked. But at the end of the day, they did what they said they could do. Did I mention I need to refinance quick!? Best Regards to all of you Anthony Veller More

Slow, Incompetent and False claims. Avoid at all costs. Anything outside of the service department is a joke. Everyone has their own agenda and will work on their time, not yours. I had the unpleasant experience of working with this dealership and I will tell everyone to go somewhere else. No one has any idea what is going on, how to be professional and handle things in a timely manner or simply give you a straight answer. I was lied to on multiple occasions and I had to follow up numerous times throughout the process. If this dealership wants to be taken seriously, they have a long way to go in learning customer service. You as the consumer have a choice in which dealership to use. I would highly recommend going to a different dealership to receive prompt, knowledgeable help. More

I have had nothing but poor service every time I bring my Chrysler 300. It's confusion on what I purchase upon delivery of the car. Every time I visit l leave upset because something not right with my car . I told three weeks ago my car needed a new back up camera and I yet to receive a call back about it. Base on my experience with the duluth I would not recommend or do busy there anymore More
