The whole process was painless and actually enjoyable. Got a good deal. The only complaint I have is that the prices the sales department have for special ordered vehicles is not necessarily correct. When we placed the order we found that Jeep had raised the base price and the prices on 2 of the options I wanted. I don't blame the dealership...I blame Jeep for not feeding real-time accurate pricing to their dealers. Even Jeep's own website was not updated correctly when you "Build & Price" a vehicle. More
