Slow, Incompetent and False claims. Avoid at all costs. Anything outside of the service department is a joke. Everyone has their own agenda and will work on their time, not yours. I had the unpleasant experience of working with this dealership and I will tell everyone to go somewhere else. No one has any idea what is going on, how to be professional and handle things in a timely manner or simply give you a straight answer. I was lied to on multiple occasions and I had to follow up numerous times throughout the process. If this dealership wants to be taken seriously, they have a long way to go in learning customer service. You as the consumer have a choice in which dealership to use. I would highly recommend going to a different dealership to receive prompt, knowledgeable help. More

I have had nothing but poor service every time I bring my Chrysler 300. It's confusion on what I purchase upon delivery of the car. Every time I visit l leave upset because something not right with my car . I told three weeks ago my car needed a new back up camera and I yet to receive a call back about it. Base on my experience with the duluth I would not recommend or do busy there anymore More

Great with few glitches throughout the process. I was met with a sincere welcome and was introduced to Meridith as the salesperson that would work with me. She listen to what I had to say about the vehicle that I was interested. Maybe, it was more about the features. The vehicle with the features was not available within a 1000 miles radius. I was introduced to the new car manager and we ordered that vehicle. A Ram 1500 Limited and it is turning heads every where I go.. The most common comment I get is: " That is one mean truck." May hat is off to the business manager for seeking a good loan based upon what was presented from the credit institution. I still believe it to be too high based upon my rating from what one credit bureau of over 700. Look forward to meeting the service personnel to assist in keeping my truck in tip top condition. More

Appointments don't mean anything. My fuel gauge failed while on vacation. The local RAM dealer offered to fix it in 2 hours but since I was on vacation I decided to wait until I got h My fuel gauge failed while on vacation. The local RAM dealer offered to fix it in 2 hours but since I was on vacation I decided to wait until I got home and take it to Rick Hendrick in Duluth. The service department kept my truck for a day, but didn't fix it because they said the Body Control Module was also bad and it had to be ordered (and was on back order). About six weeks later I got an email that the parts were in so I called and made an appointment for Monday morning. I took my truck in on Monday. I called Monday afternoon and they said my truck wasn't ready. I called Tuesday afternoon and they said it wasn't ready. I called Wednesday afternoon and they said it wasn't ready. I asked to speak with service manager and while waiting on hold, the service tech came back on the line and said that the BCM had not been received. Apparently my truck sat there 3 days without anyone looking at it even though I had an appointment. I picked up my truck and the service tech said they would contact me when the BCM was received. About a month later I got an email that the part was in. I called and made an appointment and took my truck in. I asked if I could get my truck back in a day, but the service tech said it would take two. So at the end of day two I called about my truck and was told it wasn't ready. I told the service manager if it was driveable I was coming to get my truck. He said that the gas tank was removed so I couldn't get it but he guaranteed me that it would be ready by lunch on day three. I showed up at noon on day three and my truck still was not ready. I rated the service department three stars because the service manager did give me a loaner to drive when they did not have my truck ready at noon on day three; and he did discount the repair bill when I picked my truck up the next day. More

He was extremely knowledgeable about the car I was thinking of purchasing and extremely willing to work with me on the numbers. The test drive was AWESOME! Allan encouraged me to push the limits of the vehicle (Daytona Charger 392). My heart was racing half way through the test drive. I understand purchasing a car takes time, but the total time from test drive to purchase was long. I was at the dealership for at least 5 hours. This would be the only negative comment I would make about the overall 'experience' with the dealership. More
