Finance dept sucks I received excellent service from Carlos and from the sales manager. But the person in finance that helped me with my paperwork was the pits. She was rude and acted like it was an inconvenience for her to clarify matters. I noticed two things incorrect on the paperwork and she refused to correct. To me that damages the integrity of the dealership. First I had to sign a paper verifying the odometer reading on the car. When I brought it to her attention she responded at least it’s not 500 miles. The paper that I signed said the car had 25 miles on it when it actually had 130 miles on the car. It was not the same car that I test drive with the 18 miles. Secondly when I addressed that she had my job number listed as my home number and I didn’t want that listed she said she would have to start over like it was a pain. She claims that she changed it but the paper with the job number was not destroyed or replaced. More

Oil Change & Recall My husband insisted that I needed an appointment to have our Grand Cherokee Ltd. checked for mileage maintenance and an oil change. We had an appoint My husband insisted that I needed an appointment to have our Grand Cherokee Ltd. checked for mileage maintenance and an oil change. We had an appointment for an 11:00am. I was told that it should take 1 hour and a few minutes. I had a colleague take me by around 3:00pm and was told it was still not ready. So in the future, we may just use another Jeep dealer or try the express lane before going elsewhere. The staff that I worked with there were very professional and sympathetic about the long wait. More

Unhappy Member Service Representer was very nice, wanting to charge outrageous fees without knowing what’s wrong with the vehicle and still charge for the labor.
