I called to make an emergency correction to their error and was put on the schedule for 2 weeks out. This is after I had called, two days after the oil change and never received a return call. I have a feeling I’m going to have to escalate to corporate if/when my engine burns out due to their ef up. I don’t know what happened to this place but the service has gone way down hill. More
