Not happy! Kam is the person who helped me. He made it seem like he wanted to charge me more than what I was supposed to pay for my oil change. I had a coupon th Kam is the person who helped me. He made it seem like he wanted to charge me more than what I was supposed to pay for my oil change. I had a coupon the last time and it wasn't returned to me and he asked me for proof. Proof was on the amount I last paid for my oil change. I'm not sure what he wanted me to do but he seemed upset about my price. Disturbing to me! More

Mark Jorsling and Brandon Smith not truthful. Mark Josling pursued me for months after receiving my name of Bankruptcy. I received many other calls and letters from numerous dealerships but Mark w Mark Josling pursued me for months after receiving my name of Bankruptcy. I received many other calls and letters from numerous dealerships but Mark was the most persistent and friendly. He even had me speak will finance person who was equally warm and friendly. When I was ready I called Mark who was very busy and informed me that Jeremy Schulz who was assisting him. Jeremy sent me one car and I sent him seven others I wanted to see. When I arrived at the dealership on Saturday at 10:30 AM and gave the vehicles to Mark, he clained all had been sold or sent to auction. He brought one that I had wanted to look at with 75,000 miles on it but had a very bad collision lookin area on the right bumper. I was concerned that I could not see any other cars so he brought up one up that I did not like. I did like the one with the 75,00 miles on it and Mark stated that they could take care of that bumper and other areas of concern.. After I get in to work with Brandon and sign the papers, Mark comes in to say the man told him there was no money to fix the bumper and Mark and Brandon said that I should told to the person. I was astonished and had to leave for another appointment.. The car is still at the dealership due to several things that I was told would be taken car of. Wen I got to my other appointment I called them both back to say I did not want and would not take the car and was on record telling them that within the required hours. He asked if the bumper was fixed would I take the car and I said yes. He was to see what he could do and call me back. I called on Sunday and today but have not gotten an answer. Please note as I told Mark, Brandon and Jeremy, I do not want the car unless the bumper and other things agreed on is done to the car. Thank you More

Used vehicle with a bad tire and damages on the car My experience was ok but not the best. I can say that they work hard to get you into a vehicle but far as your concerns about the particular vehicle n My experience was ok but not the best. I can say that they work hard to get you into a vehicle but far as your concerns about the particular vehicle nothing gets done. I have a bad tire and the car has been in an accident and it has damages to the car. I expressed that to them and they seem like they didn't care. Had the car as a loaner had to end up taking it the next morning to get the tire patch to find out it already had a previous patch. Pd $20 And we didn't even get a refund. I'm kind of upset. I feel like it was like here is your car and have a good day. No phone call or anything to express my concerns. Then I walked out with no type of paperwork. Had to go back to ask for it and it was put on a flash drive and I am unable to pull anything up. More

The mess up your car then you have to make an appointment Fir them to correct THEIR error. Had my oil changed. I’ve never had an oil leak until after my last oil change. I called to make an emergency correction to their error and was put on the schedule for 2 weeks out. This is after I had called, two days after the oil change and never received a return call. I have a feeling I’m going to have to escalate to corporate if/when my engine burns out due to their ef up. I don’t know what happened to this place but the service has gone way down hill. More
