A breeze....at the end I received a notice for recall on my truck. Calling to make an appointment was horrible. I called 5 times and each time they would put me on hold but I received a notice for recall on my truck. Calling to make an appointment was horrible. I called 5 times and each time they would put me on hold but instead it would hang up. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and chucked it up as they were having phone issues. Finally take my truck to get serviced and Heather was amazing. She explained everything and even helped out getting info on my husbands truck. She called me to let me know of the extra issues with my truck and also gave me an breakdown cost. She was so sweet, pleasant and funny More
