I was told that it should take 1 hour and a few minutes. I had a colleague take me by around 3:00pm and was told it was still not ready. So in the future, we may just use another Jeep dealer or try the express lane before going elsewhere. The staff that I worked with there were very professional and sympathetic about the long wait.
