Took over 3 hours in Express oil service lane I was very upset that by it took over 3 hours to get an oil change. No one communicated with me that it would take that long nor did they give me any I was very upset that by it took over 3 hours to get an oil change. No one communicated with me that it would take that long nor did they give me any updates explaining the reason for the long wait. Service tech told me I needed new air filter and both front and rear differential oil change/service. I declined because I was VERY frustrated at long wait without any communication. Rated price below at 1 star bc I felt almost $300 to change oil in differentials too high. Engine oil change was part of sales package when I bought jeep. More

Really bad experience I visited there for changing engine oil, tire rotation, and multi inspection. Of course, I made an appointment online and checked what service I want I visited there for changing engine oil, tire rotation, and multi inspection. Of course, I made an appointment online and checked what service I want to get. After I arrived there, the staff told me it would take 1hr and half. So I was ok with that and waited for more than 2 hrs. He came to me one of their technicians cut his hand so he needed to go to hospital. And the staff told me I need to wait one more hour and half or I need to visit again. I was very uncomfortable with that. But I said I will wait but I said I have an appointment soon so I needed to push it back a little bit later. After 30 minutes, the staff came again and said my car is ready. I was surprised that it finished earlier that he told. I got paperwork and read it. Like I thought, they didn’t do all the work. They just did engine oil changing. Not tire rotation, and multi inspection. But they gave me the paperwork which shows me my car was checked and there was no problem. So I asked why you did only oil changing and he said because I didn’t have time. If there are going to do like that, they need to tell me they can do this thing in this time. But without mention it, they just did what they want to do and didn’t tell me what they did. I found it by myself after looking at paperwork. If I didn’t look it up, I may think my cat is checked and ok. I was really disappointed ar their bad service. I also found a nail on my tire luckily. If they checked it and found that, they could have told me that. That’s why we want to get a car inspection to find a problem. And his attitude to apologize to me was not true. I understand he also got a lot of stress but he shouldn’t have shown me that attitude. That made me feel so bad. He apologized sarcastically. It sounds like that to me. I just left. I bought my car there and visited several times... but this time it was worst. I don’t know if I want to visit again there and to recommend to my people. More
