Terrible experience. I brought my 2018 Dodge Hellcat in for service which included replacement of the headliner which was damaged by a dealer window tint install, a couple I brought my 2018 Dodge Hellcat in for service which included replacement of the headliner which was damaged by a dealer window tint install, a couple recall issues, and an airbag light that kept coming on and off. I also brought it to the service departments attention that my steering wheel shook during highway travel. I was told that they could not diagnose that issue because they could not drive the car up to speed enough to feel the steering shake. I advised I felt that it was an alignment issue or the tires were off balance at which time I was later advised there was a defect in the perelli tire that was in the car and that I would need a whole new tire. I was further told that “I” would have to handle this issue thus the tire is a manufacture issue and not a dealer issue even though the car is a lease and the car was purchased with that tire on the vehicle and at the time the car had less than 2k miles on it. The car sat at the dealer for approximately 2 weeks until call was made with Darrell at which time progress began with the vehicle. The windshield broke in process of replacing the headliner in which it was replaced without incident. Upon inspection of the vehicle upon delivery I noticed the wiper cowl is now warped and does not fit as it did prior to the windshield install. The tire was also replaced after a week of going back and forth but I ended up having to pay for the tire which was over $200.00 and was told that once the tire was deemed defect by pirelli I would receive a refund. That was over a month ago and I have not received an update other than we will let you know. The customer service is less than quality at this location due to lack of communication and promptness. I have a plan I purchased where I can get oil changes and other items during my ownership of the vehicle with Rick Hendricks but I want to transfer the plan to another dealer for I do not want to bring my vehicle back to this location again. More
HEATHER WAS AMAZINGGGG Chyrsler was giving me the run around, I was having (what I assumed to be serious) issues with my car and as a single mother with a five year old chil Chyrsler was giving me the run around, I was having (what I assumed to be serious) issues with my car and as a single mother with a five year old child I was anxious and afraid that I would not be able to get my car fixed! From the service scheduler to even the service manager no one wanted to help me, they basically told I had to bring my car in a week later because they were all booked and there’s nothing they could do! But I drove my car in on Saturday and that is where I met Heather! She was GREAT! Extremely patient, very knowledgable,and while everyone was saying “no they can’t, they won’t, they couldn’t”, Heather said “Let’s see what the problem it”! People like Heather are the true definition of customer service! I would highly recommend getting a service job done with Chrysler but only if you get to interact with Heather! Thank you Heather again, for everything!!!! More

I want to drive my new Jeep Wrangler please!!! Service as a whole is poor except for Branden Laskowski. There have been many misses because the dealership doesn't have readily available inventory. My Jeep Wrangler has been rendered unserviceable due to manufacturer and dealerships lack of inventory. I took my Jeep in on September 17, 2018 for a bad throttle body and Jeep will not have one to me until November 2nd, totally unacceptable. Branden has done everything for us including a loaner until it is fixed. More

Inconsistencies that concerns me I purchased a pre-owned car that has given me problems since day one.
