Sales person was excellent,but the finance department sucked The sales person that I was working with by the name of Carlos Luna what is a excellent sales person. And when I refuse the warrantee the finance manager was very upset and his whole attitude towards me changed. He began to be rude and noxious and towards me and repeatedly asked me why I didn’t want to Buy the extended warranty. Then went on to tell me lies about people who purchased cars and drove away with no warranty and the next day the motor went out on the car to try to convince me or talk me into purchasing the standard warranty.
