Oil change I had called to make an appointment to have my oil changed and the woman who answered the phone was no help at all and did not care. But when I arriv I had called to make an appointment to have my oil changed and the woman who answered the phone was no help at all and did not care. But when I arrived with my car Heather helped me and was extremely accommodating and not only got my oil change but took care of recalls and any other questions or concerns I had. She not only took care of all of that she made me feel like she truly cared and was just a super nice woman and I needed my car back in 4 hours and ask her could she get it done and call me and she followed up and kept me informed.
