Not happy! The dealership did not give me a spare key when I left. I had no idea that the car would only start with the FOB. The fob fell off my ring and left th The dealership did not give me a spare key when I left. I had no idea that the car would only start with the FOB. The fob fell off my ring and left the key inside attached (It should not have fallen off. The latch is recessed and has the be pushed to one side.) leaving my brand new car stranded in a parking lot. Two days later after a nasty email threatening to call Dodge they brought me a key. (The young salesman did what he could). I still don’t have a second key and they expect me to pay for it! It was obviously defective to just fall off on its own! I have carried my wife’s car fob and my own around for years without them coming apart. Be careful! Once the deal is done your on your own! The car was also poorly detailed. Streaks all over it and something all over the inner windshield. Saw the windshield after I left but didn’t see the crappy interior and outer detail till the next morning. More

Perfect timing I brought my car to the service center after I started hearing a ticking noise coming from the engine. My service person was Heather. She was amazing. I brought my car to the service center after I started hearing a ticking noise coming from the engine. My service person was Heather. She was amazing. I wanted to get the work done as soon as I could. Heather mentioned that it would be about a 7 day wait time to get the truck in for a diagnostic and repair. During our conversation I mention I was going out of town for several days. Heather suggested I bring the car in during the time that I was away, especially since I don’t need it at that time anyway. This was perfect for me because I would have to pay airport parking and my truck would have the service done. On the day of my trip I dropped the truck off, earlier than expected but Heather was still there ready to accept the Jeep. She explained everything the entire process and gave me a timeline on how long it would take- about the same amount of days I was away. They even dropped me off at the Marta station so I was able to get to the airport on time. During my time Heather called to give me updates, when I really appreciated. When I returned home Heather arranged for someone to pick me up at my apartment and bring me back to the service center. My Jeep was not finished but she did give me a loaner car for the remaining service time. My Jeep my finished the following day. This whole process was very easy and I never once felt like I was confused about the next step. I really have to thank Heather for that! More
Trust? For months I heard concerned about the root cause of my brake-wear issue. I was adamant there was a problem and they kept telling me it was not. Aft For months I heard concerned about the root cause of my brake-wear issue. I was adamant there was a problem and they kept telling me it was not. After 4 sets of front brakes and 3 pair of front rotors in less than 60k miles, they finally discovered the issue was my calipers pins sticking which caused increased wear on my brakes. This was definitely the issue all long, but for some reason not discovered until after warranty expiration and 4 sets of brakes. Not happy. More
