After hearing my description of what I had been experiencing, Lance Chapin immediately guessed what the problem was and got a mechanic to come out to ride in the Jeep with me to confirm the issue. The mechanic confirmed it was the transmission, and I left there with the hope that my Jeep would finally be fixed. Lance gave us updates and took excellent care of us from beginning to end. Thank you, Lance! Everyone in the service department (from reps to mechanics) was friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. The Jeep has been running smoothly and like new ever since. Everyone was courteous but... There was hardly any communication unless I contacted them. It took two weeks from the time I signed the papers for my vehicle to get delivered. Once There was hardly any communication unless I contacted them. It took two weeks from the time I signed the papers for my vehicle to get delivered. Once it was delivered, the gas tank was sitting on empty, there was no jack, no lug wrench, no manual, one key fob, more miles than stated and the truck was dirty on the inside. We even found animal feces inside one of the truck compartments. I'm not talking about mouse droppings, I'm talking about goat turds!! More
