Oil change I took my mother's car in for an oil change. Seth told me it should only be about an hour and a half. After about 2 hours I went to check on the statu I took my mother's car in for an oil change. Seth told me it should only be about an hour and a half. After about 2 hours I went to check on the status. Seth told me I didn't see you in the waiting room, so I called the owner to see if they wanted additional services done. He never came in the waiting room so I knew that was a lie. Second, why would you call someone who is not there to see if they want the service? Just didn't make sense. I told him no we would not be getting the service done because I am the one here with it. Wouldn't recommend. Oil changes shouldnt take two hours when it's "express." More

I searched cars that I was insterested in and landed at Hendrick I realize that in today’s world the internet is a critical part of economic success. I searched cars that I was insterested in and landed at Hendricks. I received a call from the dealership asking about toming etc and I mentioned I could come after work to look at which time I was told to ask for a specific person, even was texted the name. Long story short,- I showed up and was given to another sales person with no explanation at all, then, had to sit and answer all of the questions again that I had already submitted. I was not happy at this point and voiced my displeasure. To that end, things changed around and the dealership really bent over backwards to get us a deal and service that we would be happy with. The salesman nick was a good guy and did a nice job, but, Ariel- the sales manager- really was phenomenal. I was blown away by his demeanor and willingness to work through our process. I honestly cannot day enough good things about him. Really, at the end of the day, although Nick did just fine, Ariel is the reason we will be back and will refer more people to the dealership. After the start- tremendous finish!! More
