I won’t go back! My service experience for an oil change and tire rotation was bad! Keep in mind as you read this, that I purchased my Jeep from this dealership. T My service experience for an oil change and tire rotation was bad! Keep in mind as you read this, that I purchased my Jeep from this dealership. The service advisors in the bay were not friendly to start off with, which sets the whole tone! I waited in the lounge for 1 hour, but no one came in to give me an update on my vehicle! At this point I went out into the bay to ask about the status of my vehicle; I let the Service Advisor know that I had been waiting for more than an hour for an oil change and tire rotation! That’s when he said, “we’ll everyone in the lounge is here for the same thing!” (I guess he was never taught that you should treat your customers with respect!) I finally did get a status update by a fellow from the Service area, after he was told that I wanted to know the status of my vehicle. The bottom line is that It took me an hour and a half for an oil change and tire rotation and the cost was also very expensive! I recommend that every employee in that department receive “Customer Service” training! People have a choice when it comes to service! Make your customers feel special and respected or loose them!
