We purchased a $74,000. 00 2019 Ram 3500. We were only given one key and were told they would look for the other key but never heard a thing. We called back and they said t 00 2019 Ram 3500. After the purchase of the truck we took it to have the tires rotated and balanced. The shop informed us the rear tires had flat spots and for safety reasons we needed new tires. I sent the invoice to Justin and asked if he could advocate for us with the sales manager to get this refunded to us since it was a safety issue. WE HAVE HEARD NOTHING!! Once they received their money (which by the way was a cash deal) they have ignored all of our concerns. Please let me know what you can do to help in this matter. Thank you. More
