Purchase Motor Vehicle Ms. Grady the Sales Associate was great. She unfortunately had to work with the bureaucracy of the organization. Example car was not on site despite Ms. Grady the Sales Associate was great. She unfortunately had to work with the bureaucracy of the organization. Example car was not on site despite having an appointment to see it. All sorts of time was wasted because loan info had to be filled out even though financing was off site. More time was wasted because only one credit/business manager was available to finalize sale. Understand Ms. Grady also had to shell out gas money from her own pocket because this was not a dealer option on used cars. If it were not for the fact she was so professional in dealing with me and I really wanted this vehicle I would have walked out the door after two (2) hours of waiting around. No lunch or dinner vouchers so had to settle with your pop corn. Hope this helps with future sales dealings. By the way overheard a sales associate in the next cubicle tell a customer "this vehicle will never depreciate". I want one of those. Regards, Dick Koch More
