Magic happens at Rick Hendrick CDJ starting with Sharon H. I came into Rick Hendrick CDJ expecting the same run around I had got so many times at other dealerships. Then, I met Sharon H. And my mind was change I came into Rick Hendrick CDJ expecting the same run around I had got so many times at other dealerships. Then, I met Sharon H. And my mind was changed Immediately when she began asking me questions like type vehicle and favorite color, important features. Then she disappeared for a minute returning with keys for me to test drive. I still didn’t get my hopes up, had been to this point before at other places only to be told I needed way more down payment or flat turned down. I was asked here about how much I could put down and what kind of payment I could afford. Then the magic happened again. Next thing I know I’m driving home in my preowned 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude Plus! One hellofa happy customer! You want magic, go to Rick Hendrick CDJ and ask for Sharon H. Tell her Eddie sent you! AWFUL EXPERIENCE EVER BY A CAR DEALERSHIP This email is to inform you of the service my husband, Luke, and I have received from your dealership and I hope you can make it right. This is my 4th This email is to inform you of the service my husband, Luke, and I have received from your dealership and I hope you can make it right. This is my 4th attempt to contact you today. My husband found a 2019 Jeep Wrangler Sport S (VIN # 1C4HJXDG9KW641549) for sale on your website. He called on Saturday and asked Angel Licea (as we live out of state) if it was still available and he said yes. My husband was serious about making a deal on this car, so they negotiated a price and came to a deal. My husband was told in order to hold the car he needed to put $1,000 deposit down so that Angel could make sure the car would not be sold. We faxed $1,000 to your dealership as soon as we received the deposit form from Angel on Saturday afternoon. Angel replied with a thumbs up saying he had received the deposit and he would process it and follow up with the next step on Saturday at 5:13 pm. Luke had to reach out to him Monday for the next step and that is when Angel told us the next step would be to verify funds before he could schedule the delivery of the Jeep. The next step before he could transport the car would be for us to get with our loan company USAA send a draft funding form showing we were good for the negotiated price. As you can see in the email traffic, my husband reached out to him Monday to see if there were any updates. I worked Monday morning with USAA to get the draft funding form submitted. I contacted Angel again on Monday morning to make sure the price included tax, title and license as USAA said once approved, I would not be able to back out or change the form. Angel said that is correct and gave me your dealership’s address and phone number to use for the draft funding form. Then we signed the loan documentation and emailed and faxed it as instructed. I asked Angel to let me know he received the form. This morning at 7:33 am Angel responded that he had received the draft funding form. I asked what the next step was, to which he responded wanting to know when a good time was for the finance manager to call my husband. A little before noon, Kwaundrick, called us and told us the car has been sold! If it sold, why wasn’t Angel aware of the pending sale? As a result we wasted our time on Saturday negotiating a deal, faxing legal documentation to reserve the vehicle and starting the loan process. Despite the news of the Jeep, this car is still available on your website. I will not be writing a good review and will be going to the Better Business Bureau regarding this matter. The way your dealership has handled this sale is unacceptable and unethical. I will not be recommending any of my Atlanta friends or family to use your dealership or services. I was so excited when my husband showed me the Jeep. My husband and I spent several hours of our workday Monday to get the loan processed and submitted to Angel in a timely manner! We are disappointed in the lack of communication and professionalism Rick Hendrick’s dealership regarding this matter. It is an unacceptable way to do business. I will be forced to take legal action if our deposit or draft funding form is deposited. More
