Great' reply only to find it was still 400 miles away after sitting there for 2 hours. We are going to buy ad/billboard spaces to expose the business. My new jeep had engine lights, safety feature failures, defects, missing options and more. Mamagement made me fee like I was a bad customer for expecting the best in a 50K purchase. I was told nothing is perfect and needed to accept it as is. We will be placing street signs and billboard ad space in and around every Rick Hendricks dealership with our 5k refund from trade in vehicle. Videos, paperwork and recorded conversations going on social media and YouTube. Rick hendricks team is a CON , the manager we delt with was the worst. More
