This has been the worse dealership I have ever dealt with! Purchased car on 3/26/23. It took 2 weeks for them to complete their inspection and get the car ready. Note: Salesman, Nick told us it would ta with! Purchased car on 3/26/23. It took 2 weeks for them to complete their inspection and get the car ready. Note: Salesman, Nick told us it would take a day to just do an oil change on the car. The Finance Director, McDaniel Nsanbali, stated it may take a little longer than that. We thought maybe a couple days for an oil change and regular service maintenance. At no point did either of them explain that the car had not been inspected and cleared to be sold as is standard practice with reputable dealerships. Turns out they essentially sold us a car that had just been traded in and had not been evaluated. Again, this was not communicated to us. In fact, throughout the 2 weeks they had the car I had to call every few days for updates otherwise there was no communication about what was happening or the fact that the car would take longer than was initially communicated. Finally received the car on 4/10... check engine light came on the same day within hours of leaving the dealership. Literally drove the car from dealership to home 30 mins away, parked the car, and upon starting it again later that day, the check engine light came on. Returned car and it is now going on 2 weeks again without the car and they have not yet worked on it. Asked salesman, Nick Singh, if deal could be canceled, he gave some foolish reasoning. Finance Director, McDaniel Nsanbali, has been zero help. Emailed General manager, Todd Reed, about this issue (copied Sales Manager and Used Car Sales Manager), no response. Not even an acknowledgement of my email. Trued calling to speak to the customer service Director, they deflected and put the salesman on the phone. The dealership is allowing me to use a loaner vehicle. This is their one saving grace in this entire saga. Unfortunately, I did not read reviews about this dealership until after making the purchase. However, I've since done some research and I've seen similar complaints about Rick Hendrick Chryler Dodge Jeep Ram Duluth. This is not an isolated incident. This was my first and will be my last purchase with this dealership. I do not recommend this dealership. More
