Do not get your car serviced here! Took mine in for several items, one of which could only he done by a dealer. Another was the a/c. Paid for them to replace the evaporator core and th Took mine in for several items, one of which could only he done by a dealer. Another was the a/c. Got my car back, found they had gone though all the paper in the glove box, emptied the console, played with seat adjustments, played with overhead light. Also found the a/c not working. Brought it back under warranty. They did absolutely nothing except trash the stereo mounted in the trunk and left it a mess. If they had put gauges on it they would have found right away that there was no freon in it. I tried for a couple of months to make them honor their warranty to mo avail. Neither the service manager nor the general manager would answer my calls.i finally went elsewhere and paid someone else to do the job that Rick Hendrick should have done. Will never go back. FYI found out later that Hayes has a great service dept. More

My salesperson Nick Singh and finance manager Erick Nunes were very professional and did an amazing job. My problem is with the dealership on May 25th I called to see if they had the truck I purchased on th were very professional and did an amazing job. My problem is with the dealership on May 25th I called to see if they had the truck I purchased on the lot and I was told yes. When I took the drive to the dealership was told by Nick that the truck was still on the railyard. So this was a wasted trip. I was called by Nick on the 30th of May that the truck had arrived. Nick and I communicated on the 31st and I told him that I would take it at about 330. I told him I would be there at about 630 for the paperwork and everything. I showed up at about 630 and had to wait for Erick for about 15 minutes and that was amazing. After that it turned bad, I had to wait an hour and half for them to find the second key and to get fuel in the truck. When I got the truck home it was nasty, nothing was cleaned under the hood half the truck was filthy. There were scratches on the side of the bed. When purchasing a $100,000 truck I would expect it to be clean. I feel this is very unacceptable and needs to be fixed. More

The service department here has poor service whether you have an appointment or not there is always a wait! Recently I waited 6 hours for what was originally an oil change because somehow they took back the have an appointment or not there is always a wait! Recently I waited 6 hours for what was originally an oil change because somehow they took back the wrong car and on top of that they managed to almost tear up my transmission but not putting enough fluid in the car so I had to come back and get it corrected nobody has reached out to try to compensate me for my troubles I’ve been getting the run around. I felt like it was a bait and switch situation. I'm not sure why they claimed to have the amount of vehicles on hand then sold all of them so quickly.
