Do not get your car serviced here! Took mine in for several items, one of which could only he done by a dealer. Another was the a/c. Paid for them to replace the evaporator core and th Took mine in for several items, one of which could only he done by a dealer. Another was the a/c. Paid for them to replace the evaporator core and the compressor. $2600. Got my car back, found they had gone though all the paper in the glove box, emptied the console, played with seat adjustments, played with overhead light. Also found the a/c not working. Brought it back under warranty. They did absolutely nothing except trash the stereo mounted in the trunk and left it a mess. If they had put gauges on it they would have found right away that there was no freon in it. I tried for a couple of months to make them honor their warranty to mo avail. Neither the service manager nor the general manager would answer my calls.i finally went elsewhere and paid someone else to do the job that Rick Hendrick should have done. Will never go back. FYI found out later that Hayes has a great service dept. More
