My wife purchased a car from there, its almost 60 days since then and we are yet to register the car in her name and get the license plate for the car at the DMV. The sales manager called Fillipe kept giv since then and we are yet to register the car in her name and get the license plate for the car at the DMV. The sales manager called Fillipe kept giving us a run-around until my wife pressed him, then he told us they don't have the title to the car in their possession. How would you sell a car knowing full well you do not have the title? They never even tried to reach us to update us on anything, we are the ones that kept going back to their office and calling all the time. We are now reporting the case to the Georgia consumer protection bar and also getting a lawyer. My wife is already making payments for the car. Its unbelievable that a reputable company like this would sell a car and not have the title in their possession, causing a lot of stress and anxiety for my wife. I am on this case until its resolved. I will suggest anyone looking to buy a car here should avoid it as much as possible. More

It took 4. 5 hours to change one tire after I scheduled the appointment for 8:15 am , if I knew ahead of time the service was that slow , I would have planned to 5 hours to change one tire after I scheduled the appointment for 8:15 am , if I knew ahead of time the service was that slow , I would have planned to drop off the vehicle . When I asked the person that was assisting me , how long it was going to take , he said 2 hrs tops , by being there for 4.5 hrs I lost $520 dollars of pay and at the end of the service they put the spare in the back of the bed , instead of mounting it under the vehicle ( from start to finish , that took me five minutes including taking the tool kit out , from under the passenger seat ) 🤷‍♂️ fast and reliable, I don’t think so !
