This was a visit to address both a new issue and followup on an existing issue. My initial contact was via Taylor Stewart (the Customer Service Manager). Taylor was very responsive and helpful, going so far on an existing issue. My initial contact was via Taylor Stewart (the Customer Service Manager). Taylor was very responsive and helpful, going so far as to have a tow truck dispatched to where my car was located as it could not be driven. Following the delivery of my vehicle, my contact for the review/repair process was with Bobby Reese via both text and phone call. All updates were clear, my requested actions were understood and confirmed. Car was returned in an acceptable time frame. Pickup process was smooth, all of my questions were answered. There are no apparent lingering items with the car, as both issues appear to be fully resolved. More

Dealership in the service and waiting area is clean. The service rep(Bobby Reese) is great and very professional.
