2 add ons PPE was done and window tint which I did not ask for. The window tint was horrible with the film not meeting two edges of different windows and a multitude of bubbles. I took the car to a professional PPE and window tint shop had to scrape off the window tint. The PPE was however usuable. Rick Hendrick has a great reputation and I drove 80 minutes to make this deal by choice. I will do business with them again. Great staff through and through. I did not finance or take home deliver so I did notanswer those questions. More
The worst experience ever, still waiting for my license plate, still waiting for finance to pay my old vehicle, almost got arrested because my tag was for a different vin number, had to go back after work plate, still waiting for finance to pay my old vehicle, almost got arrested because my tag was for a different vin number, had to go back after work to get the contract fixed , signed the contract 1 month ago do not even know who the finance company is ,I no longer have my old vehicle and payment is soon due. No one answers my calls, text messages or emails. The only answer I ever received is not to worry about making the payment, how ever after giving a 10k down payment I had to make my car payment and now another payment is due (for a vehicle I no longer have ) you guys are damaging my credit and I can not even enjoy my vehicle properly. Oh also I was called two weeks later , after making a 10k down, after making a car payment that I was told not to worry about , they called me in saying he made a mistake and I owe $500 more , after a while of a heated argument they agreed to waive the additional $500. Now like I said next payment is due on a car I no longer have and NO ONE ANSWERS ME !! And per my contract my first payment on the car that I do have is due on 9/30 again I DO NOT HAVE ANY INFORMATION AT ALL More
Monte Williams was really helpful this past Saturday. I was replacing my cylinder head gasket at home and ran into a big issue where two of the exh bolts were seized due to rust.
