I walked in trying to find the right car for my family and I & he didn’t just sell me a car , he listened to me and every thing I wanted in a car , he was patient and very kind and very professional! He worked with me through out the whole process and not once left me alone waiting long periods of times like other sales man would , was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns which is a plus one in the auto industry. What impressed me the most was the transparency and honesty exhibited throughout the process. Richie kept me informed every step of the way, explaining details and providing different options and also went above and beyond for me .
