It’s literally taken a month and a half to get my jeep. I don’t even have it yet. That month consisted of being told in should be in any day with no exact information. Then being told it was sent to the shop don’t even have it yet. That month consisted of being told in should be in any day with no exact information. Then being told it was sent to the shop. I got a text confirmation saying it was done and called the store only to be told “if it says it’s done then you can come get it”. So we started the hour drive over there just to be told half way that it wasn’t done yet and they don’t know when it will be. It’s been 4 days, it should’ve been a priority in the shop. I’m just hoping it turns out good and this whole thing is worth it. Don’t get me wrong, Will was helpful and did a good job but obviously there is some lack of communication or something beyond his control. More

It took a week and a half to replace the regular and auxiliary batteries. Despite paying for diagnostics they found no reason for our auxiliary battery dying three times in 4 years on a new 2017 Chrysle auxiliary batteries. They build in that’s outrageous They don’t want to check Rear differential Drive shaft Axel They all ride the truck and agree that vibration is normal!! I purchased my vehicle in May and still have not received it. Not has the GM of the dealership call me.
