I was pressured from the moment I entered the dealership. They changed the final pricing by over 6k between the first time I entered and the second time for the same vehicle! Overall I'm happy with the car, They changed the final pricing by over 6k between the first time I entered and the second time for the same vehicle! Overall I'm happy with the car, but I wish I had known just how much this dealership would try to xxxx me. If I could do it over again I would have been much more assertive with what I wanted, and would have asked that the car be shipped to another dealership that wasn't full of as much crap as they were. Still haven't got my lojack activation code and it's been a month since my purchase. More

The service department is mismanaged and needs a complete overhaul. We were told to bring our Jeep in just a week after we bought it on a Saturday for them to look at a leaking window. Even though they kn overhaul. We were told to bring our Jeep in just a week after we bought it on a Saturday for them to look at a leaking window. Even though they knew the person wouldn’t be there till Wednesday. However he didn’t show up at all. But were we notified? No. No communication at all unless we called. So, we waited till the following week. Only to find that the person came and left without fixing our issue because they needed to have someone sign off on it. They emailed me a link at 3:30 p.m. on the now 2 and 1/2 weeks they had it. No one bothered to call me, text me or anything to let me know I needed to check my email for something. Only after WE called for the 20th time now we were told they couldn’t fix my Jeep because I didn’t see the email (which I don’t have email on my phone only my computer at home and I’m not on it all day.). I’d NEVER EVER recommend this dealership because of the service department to anyone. More
