The customer service man was nice and told me that it would probably be about 5 hours until they could get it done. Sat in the service lobby for 4 hours watching other service customers come and go. At that time the customer service rep. came in and informed me that they could not get to it today and he did not want to waist anymore of my time. He Recommended that I schedule an appointment with him next week and leave it with them for the day. He also told me that they are backed up for the next month. Not at all what I expected with this price point purchase from a dealership bearing Rick Hendricks name. Seriously looking at having someone else do any of my non-warranty work now and in the future. Would also have a hard time recommending this dealership to any of the guys in my church men’s group or fellow Ram owners in the neighborhood. More
