Mr. Torris Miller was beyond amaz experience at Rick Hendrick Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Duluth, GA was the most pleasant car purchase I’ve ever had. Mr. Torris Miller was beyond amazing. He explained everything to me in non-car salesman talk. The day I was to pick up my vehicle, there was a small hiccup, instead of just saying sorry he went over and above and personally delivered my vehicle to me at my place of employment. Now really who does that. So long story short, very very pleased with my purchase and they’ve got a customer for life. More

Everything was great until i signed my paperwork! They kept my vehicle 3 days after purchase in the name of a "safety inspection" that i wasnt prevy to the results of, and somehow I wasn't notified They kept my vehicle 3 days after purchase in the name of a "safety inspection" that i wasnt prevy to the results of, and somehow I wasn't notified or informed that I have 4 dry rotted tires that I now have to replace. If i knew the vehicle hadnt been driven in over a year i definitely would not have purchased it. My husband has purchased several vehicles from the "Rick Hendricks" but this was my first and definitely last time. More
