The wait it always too long. So they are very busy which I guess is a good thing but when you have a 7:30 am appointment and you are still there at 9:00, it gets weary. They are horrible when it comes to communication with the customer. It was hard to reach my service advisor and Most of time time didn’t return my phone calls when I left messages for an update.
