I had a great experience with Brady however, my vehicle alerted me with an "Engine fault, service now" message and I haven't been able to reach anyone in the Service department. I called multiple times be alerted me with an "Engine fault, service now" message and I haven't been able to reach anyone in the Service department. I called multiple times before 5pm and the same recording is playing and I am pressing the correct number to schedule an appointment but it hangs up. Please have someone contact me to resolve this. I should not be experiencing engine troubles with a vehicle that I just drove off the lot less than a week ago. After speaking with a representative I was advised that I now have to take my vehicle to a Ford service center because you all can’t assist me. You sold me a faulty vehicle and I’m very disappointed that I’m already paying additional expenses before my monthly payments. More
