I want to start by saying I have owned a dodge since I was 15. I always service at the dealership to avoid crooked mechanics and have never had a problem until this location. When you first arrive you practically have to beg to get someone’s attention. They lie on the time frames for example 45-1 hour for a repair but can end up standing there for 4+ hours. Those things I can live with but the worst is when they try to tell you something is broken when it’s not. I noticed this each time I was there so I started fact checking with other mechanics and the people at this dealship were lying. Horrible to see this happening. Now I drive to the next town for servicing. More
