The finance process was really bad. After 1 month the loan on our trade-in has not been paid off. I think he was either lying to make an excuse or he and the dealership are really inefficient. This is a great disservice to us, and I am not coming back to this dealership in the future. They had the car for over two weeks to do the seats like I originally asked. Once they finished my car was delivered to my job. Later that they the told me to come sign more paperwork for a lower rate. Once I got there the finance guy was going over my income and stated that I receive $11,000 for SSI 🤦🏾‍♀️🫣 when I provided check subs from my job and my business statements. Needless to say after all the suspect things that went on I’m waiting on my $6k down payment that I asked for when I told them I didn’t want the car weeks ago. I do believe that the owner should be notified and I’ve contacted the bbb. Next the news media will be there once I provide them with all my correspondence and paperwork. More

I worked with someone over the phone who lies to me about being approved. Then I get there and they couldn’t get me what I wanted but I settled on what they offered me with one condition. It’s now end of day and they are saying it’s still not ready and I’ll need to wait until tomorrow. They won’t answer the phone when I call now. Then when I finally get someone, she picks up the phone and places me on mute for 20 minutes….. I’m still left on mute as I type!!! More
