Friendly staff, quick service, communication with customer is poor. I went in and purchased a used vehicle and the salesman told me the car would be ready on Monday because the service dept needed t customer is poor. I went in and purchased a used vehicle and the salesman told me the car would be ready on Monday because the service dept needed to change the oil and wash it. Monday came only for me to get there and find out that the service department was waiting on parts that needed to be replaced on the car. I was told what needed to be replaced or what was wrong with the car even after I asked. I didn't make a big deal about it and the dealership did give me a loaner car. I kept the loaner car for 2 weeks before I called and asked when my car would be ready. There were no updates on the status of my car during that time, I received my car 4 days later. After realizing my temp tag was due to expire in 15 days I reached out to my salesperson and asked about my tag. I was then notified that I needed to go to my local tag office and pick it up. No problem at all. I went to my tag office only to find out that the title work on my car isn't complete and my temp tag expires in 6 days. The lack of communication left me really unsatisfied. More
Multiple online deals were not honored. Some of the staff was friendly, but most that we dealt with I would never buy from again or recommend them to friends/family. Very disappointed with the communication of the custom build pricing and when deals were being honored. There was a deal at the time we came in that we werent eligible for that because we "had" to take whatever deal was on when the vehicle came in, but couldnt take that deal either because the custom builds already had a price. This included 90 day payment terms, 1,000 off any jeep (when we bought), and then $500 off any vehicle that is currently running. This was manipulative and decieving. Prior to meeting with the finance manager, we were quoted an interest rate and we had to catch the much higher one in the terms before signing. The whole process was very sketchy and I would never recommend someone use this dealership. More
