Our sales agent Angel dropped the ball on this loan multiple times. We visited FIVE times to complete the process. Everytime we came we were told the car would be ready the next day. With a different e multiple times. We visited FIVE times to complete the process. Everytime we came we were told the car would be ready the next day. With a different excuse. On the FIFTH time, we spoke to Taylor who saved the loan. He made sure to get the car in, BUT we were not able to test drive it. And when the vehicle arrived the detailing crew had soap on it and we couldn’t see it completely. Not to mention it was dark. The carfax reported no accidents. Clearly after being able to see the car in person, it was dented and banged in SEVERAL places. Front bumper is poking out and there was lots of scratches on the bumper. Carfax lied. Oil was at 23%. We did not get to a full inspection and test drive was the worst part. They were supposed to call us to repair the damages. We’re still waiting. And it feels like we have to hassle them about the repair. And waste a whole day to complete it instead of them valuing our time. The experience could have been so much better if the salesperson, Angel had been proactive and took care of things. Angel said the car had to go into the shop, and it may clear why. Car even has an issue with shifting to park. A common issue with a Chevy cars. I really wish they had worked with us more to resolve the issues BEFORE hand. We shouldn’t have to deal with this ongoing. Just really disappointed with the whole process. More

I had two issues with my vehicle, one issue was fixed but the main issue pertaining to my ABS light continuing to come on and off has not been addressed. The mechanics state they can't replicate the issue, when my service advisor went to bring my vehicle he noticed the light on. I left the vehicle again so that they can figure out what's going on with it, the next day I was told the vehicle was ready, went to go pick it up no lights were on as soon as I left the dealership parking lot the same warning light came on. It was late in the day and just drove home. More
