It would be great if you washed and vacuumed the automobiles after every service. It would make me as a customer feel more appreciative of your company and show to me that you are appreciative of automobiles after every service. I don’t get outstanding service, I could at least get that small gesture after all the money I’ve given you. There’s really nothing to keep me coming back as a customer. No perks. No nothing. You only get what you pay for minus the, smiles and attention we get when purchasing. I see unfriendly staff that show their love of their job openly to most. I paid about $2,000 less for my Jeep than I did my Lexus. I feel like I should have paid $20,000 less for my Jeep. If I went in with a complaint about my Lexus, they AT LEAST pretended to care. This dealership lies to me. The more I type, the more uncomfortable I get, so I will stop now More

Great polite service. Aleshia was wonderful. One concern I have is that I was told by the scheduler that this service would take 1-2 hours. I have a special needs child so I decided to arrange care and stay I have is that I was told by the scheduler that this service would take 1-2 hours. I have a special needs child so I decided to arrange care and stay at the dealership. When I arrived I was told 2-2 1/2 hours and actually I was there from 1:45 until 5:15. Customers need to know the actual time to expect and 3 1/2 hours is entirely to long for a service. Thanks Wendy More
Took my jeep to get serviced for the first time and when I came to pick it up, they had to jump it because it was completely dead. I have had it for a year and a half and never had an issues with the batter I came to pick it up, they had to jump it because it was completely dead. I have had it for a year and a half and never had an issues with the battery. They told me to drive it around so it can recharge. I had to jump my car for the next 4 days until I finally took it back in the shop to get it checked out. They told me my car battery was old and had to get a new one. When I tried explaining to 3 different people that this wasn’t my fault and it had been working fine before I had dropped it off which their response to my concern was that “batteries can lose power in a light switch” They quoted me $200 for the battery and then offered to take the labor fee off. My car ended up dying there so I had to buy the new battery. They didn’t take ownership of their bad service and only helped me after I complained to three different people. Never going back again. Eric was the only one that had any sympathy to my situation but was out of his hands so then what’s the point of having managers if they can’t do anything either. More
Purchased vehicle Labor Day, received the vehicle Wednesday the 8th of September 2021 and salesman was suppose to call my daughter to install parts that were negotiated when purchased. Till this day, Wednesday the 8th of September 2021 and salesman was suppose to call my daughter to install parts that were negotiated when purchased. Till this day, she has not received a call for the parts status and service installation. This is really disappointing, which seems that dealer got its money and did not fulfilled what was promised on the purchase. Feels like customers are not important. :( More
