I clearly mentioned to your Service tea Compliant-1: I visited your facility for my first Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude service a few months ago. I clearly mentioned to your Service team that my rear left tire air is leaking and please take a look at the warning on the dashboard. They vaguely mentioned that everything will be taken care of. When the Jeep was returned to me, the indicator still showed the same warning. When I asked the sales rep, they said after a few miles of driving, the indicator will go away. They did not even inflate the air back and provided me with false information. I Drove the Jeep for 2-3 days and the warning still remained. I would have inflated the air by myself for free if false information was not given to me. After 1 week, I bought a machine to inflate the tires at my home because the air went too low and I don't want to damage my Tire. - Why is wrong information provided ? - How did the service guy working on the jeep dont have minimum training to check the tire pressure even after reporting? Compliant-2: I visited your facility last week for the second service - TIRE ROTATION and OIL CHANGE. I also complained about Right rear tire having less air pressure in it and wanted to check that. Your team checked it and pointed out a nail in the tire and told me they cannot fix it. I was charged for TIRE ROTATION and OIL CHANGE. But the Tire rotation was not really done. It is evident that my nail was still in the right rear tire. When I asked the sales guy, he mentioned that the tire with the nail is rotated to the front. but that never happened. One more piece of evidence is that I have a scratch on Rim and the rim is still in the same position. I once again wasted my time spending time in a tire shop to fix it. but when they checked the front tires, there was no nail. -Why is wrong information provided? - Isn't my charge for Tire rotation just stealing my money when the actual work was not performed? -Im not sure if the tires were rotated on my first visit as well. I don't recollect but they did wheel alignment. God knows whether that is performed or not? More
