If I can I would have gave them a 0 for a rate don’t ever come here they give the wrong information. My mom came here Monday March 11,2024 and talk to rod in the parts Department and my gave my key to my dodge caravan 2013 and rod look at it and told my mom that we need to order a whole new key for the car we did that Monday 3/11/2024 and paid $251 so the key gets here Tuesday and he told my mom Maureen Wells that if the key don’t work then we need to get a diagnostic on the car here and then the key gets here on Tuesday March 19, 2024 because I called up here on Wednesday March 20,2024 and told me that my key was there and nobody call me ahead of time and told me that my new key was here and I ask them how much it would cost for my car and I gave the description and the year to the services department and they told me they can fixed on and gave me a price and told me if I get it towed here between business hours they work on it for me I said okay me and my gets here on Thursday March 21,2024 now telling us that they can’t do what they promised us and they not trying to fixed both problems and they have bad customer service because we inconvenience us and got it towed here and they not trying to help us but just one problem but it’s two problems not just one. The worst service I have had thus far in my 44 years of life. More

Thieves, unprofessional, incompetent, no remorse. Our recent visit for a 2018 Tesla X P100D after a test drive turned into a nightmare of wasted time and unprofessional conduct. On 4th March I spoke with John Dehass and confirmed via text to meet on the drive turned into a nightmare of wasted time and unprofessional conduct. On 4th March I spoke with John Dehass and confirmed via text to meet on the weekend which was yesterday 9th of March. When I texted back on Saturday he did not reply. So i called early Saturday and found that John Dehass is not available and on vacation until 11th March. I spoke with Lamonte Lovejoy confirmed to meet around 10:30 AM. We reached around 10:40 AM. Lamonte nicely greeted and arranged and got the key. I looked around the vehicle and took plenty of time and went through the checklist I had. Instead of efficiently handling our inquiry, we were allowed to have multiple unnecessary test drives, and then all while we waited for the appraisal of my trade-in vehicle. The process dragged on endlessly, with no regard for my time or patience. "As if the situation couldn't get any worse, another person (Lamonte's manager) suddenly appeared and casually informed us that the car I was interested in had been sold to someone else, who conveniently transferred the money online. This revelation was not only shocking but deeply disappointing". We were there from 10:40 AM to 3 PM approximately. "Complete waste of TIME". I never had this kind of experience ever. The lack of transparency, professionalism, and respect for customers' time was utterly unacceptable. This experience has left me with a sour impression, and I would caution anyone considering this dealership to proceed with extreme caution. More

The salesperson William was great however the quality control is awful. I bought a car here have had it 3 days 27 miles and I am having to take it back in as it has rust on the back door hinges. control is awful.
