I couldn’t get any return calls even after leaving several messages. Not to mention that a representative promised that they will work on a quote which never happened. A technician that I brought my car to said that if the check engine light is related to any of problems then he would eliminate a diagnostic charge but of course never happened… well overall, I did not have very pleasant experience.
