Throughout the entire car-buying process, Sharon kept me informed of my vehicle status unlike the young man Nick i was working with, of which i was very much disappointed with. Also, my Jeep had a recall so informed of my vehicle status unlike the young man Nick i was working with, of which i was very much disappointed with. Also, my Jeep had a recall so i was unable to drive off with the vehicle, so i had a loaner care for the week, during that week i was not notified of any status of my vehicle from Nick. Although i understand it was a weekend/holiday on the following day i did not receive one phone call, it seemed like this young man was just all about getting his commission and did not care about this important purchase i was making. Also Nick did not even show me how my loaner/Tesla car worked or even shake my hand to congratulate me he didn't even say good bye. Terrible customer service from this young man Nick Singh. John the sales manager was a terrific addition, he displayed exceptional knowledge about vehicles and helped to get the deal going and closed. My mom came here Monday March 11,2024 and talk to rod in the parts Department and my gave my key to my dodge caravan 2013 and rod look at it and told my mom that we need to order a whole new key for the car we did that Monday 3/11/2024 and paid $251 so the key gets here Tuesday and he told my mom Maureen Wells that if the key don’t work then we need to get a diagnostic on the car here and then the key gets here on Tuesday March 19, 2024 because I called up here on Wednesday March 20,2024 and told me that my key was there and nobody call me ahead of time and told me that my new key was here and I ask them how much it would cost for my car and I gave the description and the year to the services department and they told me they can fixed on and gave me a price and told me if I get it towed here between business hours they work on it for me I said okay me and my gets here on Thursday March 21,2024 now telling us that they can’t do what they promised us and they not trying to fixed both problems and they have bad customer service because we inconvenience us and got it towed here and they not trying to help us but just one problem but it’s two problems not just one. The worst service I have had thus far in my 44 years of life. More
