I dealt with Ped Noori in the service lane and he was extremely attentive the entire time he was with me. I brought my charger in for a recall, and mentioned that i was hearing some noise up front when i hit the brakes. Ped had the technician check out the noise and let me know that it was about time to change my brake pads. He got me an extremely reasonable quote, which actually ended up cheaper than the mom and pop down the street charged me to do my rear brakes. The communication during the entire process was top notch, and very detailed. Ped, Thank you for your help and I will definitely be back! Huge xxxxxxto this service department. More

Came in for a recall for a 5 min job, always told it will take all day. So I opted to get an oil change done and they trick me over the portal to sign up for a $600 valvoline service package that is entirely take all day. They disguised it as the recommended 30k mile service as if that’s the factory recommended service. I called in the insisted it was recommended. tried to cancel this when I realize they did this and they wouldn’t. They barely discounted it after the fact, and 8 hours later at the end of the day, they didn’t even do the recall work!!! I moaned and they finally got someone to knock it out in 5 min… (then why tf did they force me to leave the car there all day.) rick hendrick's business practices are unbelievable and treats customers like we’re idiots. We bought a premium jeep and get treated like we’re dumb scrubs to be tricked. Don’t come here, dishonest service, upsell, practices bestowed upon them by Rick Hendrick.
