I stopped in on 7/20 to buy a set of replacement locking lug nuts after talking to Montae earlier in the day. We’d lost the key and needed the service team to remove the OEM locking nuts and install the ne lug nuts after talking to Montae earlier in the day. We’d lost the key and needed the service team to remove the OEM locking nuts and install the new ones. I was able to pull into the service bay with no wait. I left the vehicle with Heather and went inside. As I was headed back to service, Matt stopped me to say they’d found a spare lug nut key that happened to fit the ones on the vehicle, and I could have it. What a break! Heather, Matt and Montay saved the day and an expense of over $100. Way to go! Thank you! More
