My actual sales associate, Camar Haynes, went above and beyond to ensure I was completely taken care of. He even accompanied me to the DMV to get my Georgia license after I recently moved from out of state—talk about exceptional service! I also can’t forget about Marlon Reid. Since I didn’t have a car yet, he went out of his way to pick me up in Midtown and bring me to the dealership. His hospitality and demeanor were absolutely top-notch. This incredible team made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. They were professional, attentive, and truly exceeded my expectations. Every single step of this journey was pleasant, professional, courteous, heart warming, and customer focused. The guys in the EV department were so pleasant to deal with. I scheduled an appointment for a slow leak. Got there and was met by Ped Noori. He was so xxxx bent on giving me an oil change that he wasn't even listening to what I was saying. Victor, a very professional service advisor, walked over to assist me by taking me to the assistant service manager, Matt Otis. After explaining to Matt that I was not there for an oil change, I needed someone to check the slow leak, he got on his back and looked under my car and informed me that he would not drive it until it was checked out. He further explained that I would have to leave my car and that he had no rentals available but I could get shuttled to the nearest Enterprise where I'd get the rental and upon returning the vehicle, he would reimburse me for it. When Victor pulled the car around to shuttle me to Enterprise, I and my companion sat in the back. Matt Otis came to the car and sat in the passenger seat and proceeded to tell us that he didn't like that I had "words" with Ped and a female service advisor. We explained to him that Victor was the professional advisor who brought me to meet with him, so he deescalated the situation. Matt kept saying that he'd like to part ways now instead of getting a bad review. We pleaded our case (of sorts) because I thought that was bad for business being that I bought this vehicle from this dealership, but he eventually let Victor drop us off at Enterprise. I kept the rental from Friday, December 6, 2024, to Monday, December 9, 2024. I only drove it from Enterprise to my home and only added 7 miles to the car. When I returned to Rick Hendrick, Matt had an employee pull my car around and handed me my keys. He tried explaining that he "worded" the repair to where Dodge would cover it. After Enterprise emailed me the final receipt on December 9th, I forwarded it to Matt and also left a voicemail stating that I sent it to him. I heard nothing from him so I did the same thing on Saturday, December 14, 2024. I then made a mental note to call him again on Monday, December 16, 2024. He wasn't answering my calls so I searched for other numbers for Rick Hendrick. I got through to service personnel and explained what was going on and he told me that Matt Otis was not there (time was 9:17 a.m.). He went further to tell me that Matt was running late because he had to drop off his kids. Huh? Why do I need to know what this man is doing before reporting to work?? I asked him for his name and wouldn't you know it. His name was Ped! The unprofessional service advisor I encountered on December 6th. I was then able to chat with an associate online and I explained to her what's going on and she informed me that a manager would be with me as soon as possible. Forward the time to 9:38 a.m., Matt Otis called me. He was basically telling me that "he did me a favor" by not charging me for anything they repaired and that he did not have the authority to reimburse me. WHAT?! He ended up giving me a customer service number and I informed him that I was coming to give the dealership a review. He said, "As I expected you would. Even after all that I done for you." Again, WHAT?! I purchased this 2023 Dodge Charger ScatPack from this dealership on December 29, 2023. Everything on my car is still under warranty, so what favor did you do, sir??! I left him to his thoughts, called the customer service number, spoked to Brithney, gave her all the deets and she assured me that I will be getting an email with my case number to send in the documents necessary for reimbursement. I received it and I've submitted the original work order from Rick Hendrick and the Enterprise receipt. My palms are pressed for a positive outcome. We shall see. More
