The dealership boasts a diverse inventory and provides exceptional customer service. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the friendly and knowledgeable Ezra Poole and his first assistant, Felipe. His positive attitude and expertise made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Ezra's ability to understand our needs and guide us through the buying process was truly impressive. When the exact Tacoma we wanted was located at the Rick Hendrick Toyota dealership in Sandy Springs, Ezra and the team went above and beyond by accompanying us to the other dealership to ensure we could see the vehicle firsthand. The trade-in process was equally seamless, with a surprisingly generous offer for our old car. The Tacoma itself was in pristine condition, exceeding our expectations in every way. Once we returned to the Duluth dealership, Ezra has us sit down with his second assistant, Gerardo Hernandez who expertly guided us through the contract signing process. He patiently explained each detail, ensuring we fully understood all terms and conditions. His knowledge of the additional packages offered by the dealership was also invaluable. Now I have to go a refina arranged with my bank on 29 Oct 2024, today apparently it's financed through Ally.. never again with Hendrick dealership! Now I have to go a refinance as soon as possible!
