I purchased a truck from this worthless dealer and it needed repairs before I could take it home. After having the truck for 10 days repairs made and needed detail job done I told salesperson I would be needed repairs before I could take it home. After having the truck for 10 days repairs made and needed detail job done I told salesperson I would be there at 4pm. I decided to give a little extra time and arrived at 6pm. I had sent several texts to salesperson but got no response. When I arrived I had to wait over 2 hours for them to bring it to me, still not detailed nor did they put gas in it. I went straight to the car wash then the gas station and paid for it myself. Four days later the finance manager called me and said I needed to come back and sign a couple more forms. When I arrived the next day I was confronted by the salesperson and the finance manager telling me I needed to return the truck due to the previous owner falsifying his loan information. They said there was a comparable truck on the lot but it was not comparable to the other one. They do not have much inventory so they said we would have to find one somewhere else. I said I found one on their company website that was out of state at one of their other locations. We agreed that they would bring the truck to the dealership the next day. I asked salesperson if the truck would be ready to go as soon as I arrived and he said yes, they had me sign a loaner agreement for the first truck so I could get my personal belongings out. Salesperson said he would call later that night or first thing in the morning to let me know it was on the way. The next day I texted salesperson to get the status of moving the truck and got no response. I called the sales manager but a different manager answered and said he would have him call me within the hour but I never received a call but he did confirmthatthetruckwasnotthere. Friday morning I texted salesperson to get the status he said he would call me back when he got to work then texted me a couple of hours later and said his manager said to come on in. When I arrived I thought the truck would be there but it had been sold that morning by the other dealership because nobody called them about it. I wasted another 5 hours that day trying to get a deal worked out. They finally gave me a loaner to get home and I would come back the next day if they found one that we could make a deal on. The sales manager kept saying that they did not have any inventory local to choose from and would probably need to get one from out of state so I needed to look for something that cost less due to the fact they would have to send a driver to get it and pay for delivery. I said that was a cost they should incur and I should not have to sacrifice anything since they were the ones that caused this situation. Saturday morning I called to get an update on the status of a deal the manager was working on when I left and he said he would call me either that night or first thing in the morning again no call. Still with no suitable deal available I told the sales manager I wanted my trade in back and I wanted cash only for my refund for the down payment I put down. He said that finance was closed and they had no access to money but would reverse the charge to my card I said no I wanted cash only because I don't want to wait for the refund to process through the bank. The useless salesperson called and said he was having someone to deliver my car back to me and pick up the loaner. When I returned the truck to them it had about a 1/4 tank of gas in it and when the driver arrived with my car the gauge was below E, not that I think I am entitled for anything but that was just rude to bring it back completely empty. These were the most unprofessional incompetent bunch of Liars I have ever dealt with More
The only reason I still come here is because of Tiffany. I own a limousine business. Tiffany purchased new LED bulbs out of her own pocket and helped me install them as I could not afford to pay someone to install them for me due to business slowing down and low income. I will never forget the selflessness display from one employee at a very large company and because of that you’ve got a customer for life. You need more people like this. More
I’m writing to let you know about my displeasure with my recent Tahoe purchase. I was visiting my family in Buford and decided to look into your Tahoe selection, so I inquired on your website for a NEW 2021 recent Tahoe purchase. I was visiting my family in Buford and decided to look into your Tahoe selection, so I inquired on your website for a NEW 2021 Black High Country. I received a call back from an agent shortly after my inquiry (around 2:44 pm on 6/8). The girl I spoke with said the one I inquired about was not slated to arrive for a week or two so I then asked about a white one that was on the website - she said it was on the lot and available so I asked for her to email me the build sheet. A few hours later I still hadn’t received any further communication so I emailed another inquiry. Shortly after that I received a text from Brittany at 7:09 pm on 6/8 saying they found the black high country on the property, she sent me pictures and a video of the unit. I immediately started sending her documents necessary to hold this vehicle, including a $1000 deposit. I also made sure to mention that my trade was a lease and I needed the deal to made sense financially. She runs the deposit and we agree that I’ll be in on Thursday to get the Range Rover appraised and continue to work the deal. I made sure she knew that I was visiting family and didn’t have time to wait around at the dealership. She never once mentioned that she would be off on Thursday and that I would be handed off to another salesperson, which I wouldn’t have minded but you’d think she would have passed along all the pertinent information. I arrived at the dealership around 12:20 on 6/10 and was told Brittny was off and was then introduced to Creek. I told him that I was going to drop my Range Rover off for appraisal and we would need to work this deal via text since I was out running around with my family. At this point I was very hopeful a smooth transaction was going to take place but things went south! Creek sent me a preliminary buyers order at 1:20 pm but it was wrong - the trade put in was for a different vehicle and there was no purchase vehicle information on the buyers order. I agreed on numbers after going back and forth with the Sales Manager (Ryan George I believe) and showed up around 8pm to sign my paperwork. At this time I talked to Creek and Ryan and met the Finance Manager who said it would be another 5-10 minutes. Well and hour later and I still was sitting at the dealership. When I went into the finance office I saw a Carfax printout for the Tahoe and realized they were selling me a USED Tahoe but never once did that information get explained to me. The finance manager said “well it only has 25 miles on it - we bought it from another dealership”. The issue I have here is 1.) you are charged a higher interest rate by the bank for a used vehicle 2.) it was never once explained to me that the vehicle was used 3.) the miles were actually 53. It’s now June 23rd and my paperwork has been messed up 3 times now. I’m to the point I don’t trust this dealership and would never recommend or do business with them again. Come pick up this Tahoe for all I care - there are too many places I would rather give my business too. I talked to the sales manager and left a message for their BDC Manager and nobody seems to care that you have failed your customers. My father lives right down the street from you and I will advise him to service his Tahoe elsewhere. I also have a ton of Hendrick dealerships near me and I will do my best to avoid them. You guys should be better than this. I’m available if someone would like to actually make this right for me. More

I was completely clueless as to what vehicle I wanted a Gutierrez. Since that moment he went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable.
