a month agoI purchased a truck from this worthless a month ago I purchased a truck from this worthless dealer and it needed repairs before I could take it home. I called the useless salesperson severa a month ago I purchased a truck from this worthless dealer and it needed repairs before I could take it home. I called the useless salesperson several times to get an update on when the truck would be ready most went without a response. Ten days later I finally was able to pick up the truck, I told salesperson that I would be there at 4pm please have it ready, again no response. I gave them a little extra time to get finished and arrived at the dealership just before 6pm and still had to wait over 2 hours and they still did not clean it nor did they put gas in it the truck was on empty when I left. I went straight to the car wash then the gas station after I left and filled it up. They wanted me to make an appointment to come back for the detail job. Three days later the finance manager called me and said I needed to come back and sign a couple more forms, I said I would be there after work the next day, when I arrived I was soon confronted by salesperson and the finance manager telling me I needed to return the truck (so they lied to me to get me to come back). The previous owner had falsified information on his loan paperwork and this situation was in no way my fault. The salesperson showed me a truck that I did not care for and I said that I would come back the next day if they found one that would be comparable to the other one. We found a truck at a different location same dealership out of state. I said that I would take it if they would transfer it to their location, the sales manager told the salesperson to get it here and he said ok. I asked if it would be ready for pickup the next day, detailed serviced and ready to go as soon as I arrived and he said yes. That was the next lie, neither of them called the other location and made arrangements. The next day I texted salesperson to get an update on the status of moving the truck, again no response. I called in the afternoon to speak with the manager that told me they would bring the truck but spoke with a different manager that said he would have him call me within the hour but I never received a call. The next morning I texted salesperson to get the status and he said he didn't work until noon he texted me a couple of hours later and said the manager said come on in. I arrived at the dealership expecting to see the new truck but it was not there. I asked salesperson what was going on with it and he said they didn't know. Noone requested the truck be transferred and it was sold Friday morning. There was nothing else on their lot that was comparable to the other truck so I started looking online again. I found a couple of possible trucks but they said I needed to look for something that cost less than the first one because they were going to have to pay someone to go pick it up. I said that I didn't think I should have to sacrifice anything since they were the ones that caused this situation to happen. After being at the dealership again for 5 hours they gave me a loaner and said the manager was working on a deal on a local truck and would call me either that night or first thing in the morning again I never received a call. Saturday morning I called to get an update and they said they would not be able to make a deal with anything localn. By this point I had enough, I told the sales manager I wanted my trade in back and I wanted cash only for my refund. He said finance was closed and they had no access to money but would reverse the charge to my card. I said no, I want cash only because I don't want to wait for the money to clear the bank. They reversed the charge anyway and said they would have someone deliver my car back to me and pick up the loaner. When I returned the truck there was about 1/4 a tank of gas in it, when I got my car back the gas gage was below the E, these useless criminals would not even give me the courtesy to put gas in the car not that I think I am entitled to anything but that was just rude. Beware of these unprofessional incompetent Liars. More

First off, let me say that I did not come here to get a car BUT I am so HAPPY that I did! As someone who has had 6 cars in the past 10 years (5 brand new) I am very impressed with the people, professionali car BUT I am so HAPPY that I did! As someone who has had 6 cars in the past 10 years (5 brand new) I am very impressed with the people, professionalism and process at this dealership. I was especially pleased with my experience with Ricardo. He is patient, understanding and most importantly for me, straight to the point without fluff. I appreciate his calm demeanor during a process that is typically draining/stressful for me. This was my first time buying a car without my parents by my side helping me and I can say that I couldn’t have asked for a better experience working with Ricardo at this dealership.
