Buyer Beware! The car I purchased was advertised at $30,985 but when I went to the dealership they charged me $34000 stating a pre-delivery fee was included in th The car I purchased was advertised at $30,985 but when I went to the dealership they charged me $34000 stating a pre-delivery fee was included in the price. I find this unacceptable for a vehicle I found online and came in to purchase, requiring no extra service from the dealership. I was also charged for a lojack already installed on the car by the dealership which I stated I did not want, asking them to take it off. However, Patrick Bradley the finance manager told me it could not be taken off and all they could do was lower the price by $500, costing me $1000. After he reduced the price of the lojack he did not tell me how to use the product permanently left on my car. I also called Patrick Bradley the next day to get the extended warranty canceled. He said he could not redo the paperwork as it was electronically sent over and it would not reduce my payments but he would cancel it. So with $3,015 additional dollars for the cost of the car, $3000 removed for an extended warranty that will not be reflected in my payments because a service of completing paperwork is too much to ask of a dealership that does it daily, and having a $1000 lojack that I don't know how to use is why I'm rating this dealership a 1.
